happy results!

so i joined sparkpeople a few weeks ago and i am starting to see results through both of these sights. i feel bad typing this but my atual starting weight is 220 not 210…o so ashamed that i fibbed. but i’ve been keeping tabs on my sparkpeople page with my accurate start weight and i’m dwn to 214! i’m so excted i haven’t weighed that much in a long time! i’ve usually fluctuated between 220-216.5 and i couldn’t budge past those numbers ever until now. so i’m happy to report that i am seeing some progress. i lan on attending phat camp in october, which is in case some of you haven’t read my previous post ,is a fitness camp taught by jen hendershott, a ms fitness champ! and her staff. so i’m super excited, and a bit nervous because it’s four hours away and i’ve never drove that far by myself before, but i guess i just have to put on my big-girl panties and go with it!

memorial day…

so we were going to go fishing today but it was very windy and it looked like rain. sigh….josh is snoozin on the couch ad i have so much energy i think i might go to the playground or something…i feel kinda goofy going there cuz i’m 22 but owell those uneven bars look kinda inviting haha. it was nice not having to go to one of my jbs this weekend but tommorrow it’s back to the grind…i had a bowl of special k this morning for breakfast..ok two… but i plan on workin that off.  i was searching on the internet the other day and i came across jenny hendershott’s phat camp page and i watched one of her ms fitness routine videos. it was very encouraging and inspiring. i think that is going to be one of my long-term goals. i would love to be in one of those contests. but anyway check it out at jennyh.com

i’m back!

so i am finally able to come on the site..i have’nt been on since i signed up but now i have a laptop..so it’ll be alot easier! so anyways about a couple months ago 3rd shift got canceled and now i’m on 2nd shift at my work. it’s funny because i started taking these turbokick classes t the gym and it was so much fun and i was starting to see some progress. well, now since 3rd shift isn’t around anymore i can’t go to the classes so i canceed my membership and now i’m back to phase one! has anyone else had something like that happen? i bought a home gym…which lays in pieces in my spare bedroom, haha. i just can’t seem to find any time or energy to do anything! i just recently asked for fridays off at my second job because 7 days a week is just too stressful and now we’re starting to do overtime at my first job and guess wut day that is….FRIDAYS!! i feel gross when i put on my summer clothes, warm weather came too fast!
